Originally from Wales, I have traveled the world extensively and lived on three continents, gaining a diverse perspective and a broad network that I have integrated to my real estate practice. As the CEO and principal broker of Global Property Systems (GPS), a top international real estate brokerage doing business worldwide, I ensure that every transaction is handled with the utmost professionalism and care.
With over 20 years of experience in real estate, I have a deep knowledge of the industry, enhanced by two master’s degrees in marketing (MBA and MIMC) and more recently, a certification in Blockchain Innovation, Application, and Technology from MIT. Now based in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire and licensed as an Associate Broker with Keeler Family Realty Group, I specialize in luxury lake homes, suburban homesteads, seniors and probate sales, and vacation properties. My expertise ensures a seamless and rewarding experience for every client.
I discovered Keeler Family Realty (KFR) when my husband, Tim, and I were hunting for an investment property in the region. Having fallen in love with the area, we decided to make it our home. I was so impressed by KFR’s broker/owner Paul Hrycruna, that I asked if I could join his company, and now I am thrilled to be part of this esteemed team.
Beyond my professional endeavors, I have a passion for cooking and enjoy the scenic beauty and water activities of the Lake Region. My family, including my daughter and grandchildren on Mount Desert Island, Maine, is central to my life. I cherish the close-knit community we’ve found and am actively involved in the Lakes Region Newcomers Club.
My wonderful husband, Tim, who is now retired from owning coffee shops in NY, helps me behind the scenes with the day-to-day running of my bustling calendar. An avid sailor, I also enjoy playing golf with Tim. Tim is always ready to make a cup of Joe for any of my clients who so wish, as we still have our fresh roasted signature blend of beans shipped to us here in New Hampshire monthly.
At home, I am surrounded by my three rescue dogs—Harry, an 8-year-old, 130-pound gentle giant Bernese cross with a lab, short-haired and sheds incessantly, determined to cover everything in white hair; Dobbie, a 6-year-old, 50-pound shy, handsome South Carolina Dingo Mutt Dawg; and Steely Dan, a 7-pound mini Yorkie with a lot of spunk who is really King of the household even though he is the smallest and youngest member. My love for antiques and blending old with new extends to my flair for staging homes, thanks to years of collaboration with some of NY’s finest stagers, and I'm thoroughly enjoying the abundance of antiquing opportunities here in the Lakes Region.
I have found a home in a region that excites me more than anywhere else in the world, a broker that upholds the same ethical values as myself, and I will endeavor to ensure every client is nothing less than overjoyed with their results. I look forward to working with you soon.
